Are You Visiting To Coastal Communities Of Puerto Vallarta Soon?

I Love The Coastal Communities Near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Someday we’ll be spending months at a time at one of the small communities near the coast with

easy access to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I’m hoping we’ll find something within about 1 hour

driving time for easy day trips back and forth. We don’t want to miss our annual Christmas dinner

with our friends at the Cafe Roma in Puerto Vallarta. That’s what Bucerias retirement is all about.

We’ve been up and down the coast the past few years. We keep seeing interesting places..Boca de

Tomatlan, Mismaloya,Punta Mita, Bucerias, Rincon Guayabitos…We’ve missed a few.

I saw a story recently, after returning from our last trip of course, about Sayulita to the north

of Puerto Vallarta about an hour away. Oh, there’s that magical hour limit of mine. On the list

to check out next trip. We’ve been close by several times, but never right at Sayulita. This is

apparently a wonderful funky little community that caters to surfers as well as all kinds of

regular visitors of course.

Mexican developers have a great opportunity, I think in building smaller retirement

accomodations, all along the coast, near Puerto Vallarta to cater to people like ourselves who

want affordable accomodation.

Creating small pod-like clusters of homes or buildings within these communities will allow

couples and families to retire in close proximity and socialize and help each but still feel

fully independent. I’m sure I got that pod term from the whale watching that’s available off the

coast in Mexico)

The Baby Boomers will flood this marketplace over the next 10 years. I’d just like to get in

ahead of the rest of them.

“Mexico beach vacations” is the most searched for combination of words in search engines related to

Mexico. The pace of life, the sun and the cerveza or margaritas are a great

combination for a short or long term vacation or winter stay.

So whether it’s for a longer term winter visit or just a great vacation, I’ll pass on my planning

tip. The high season is now over and owners would like some cash flow.

Decouple your air fare from your accomodations and go a la carte this time. Book now for next

year, pay a deposit and get the best deal on accomodations. Now you both have something to look

forward to. It’s works for us. Enjoy a Bucerias again..and again.

Next Vacation, Try an All-inclusive Resort in Mexico For a Great Travel Value

Planning a family vacation can be expensive. Once you add up the cost of lodging and airfare, there is barely enough money left over to enjoy the vacation. All-inclusive resorts offer an alternative for families that comes with a more economical price tag.

All-inclusive resorts are prevalent in Mexico and the Caribbean Islands. These are great places for families with small children and teenagers. Couples can find resorts that cater to adults only so you can enjoy a romantic vacation without children underfoot.

All-inclusive Mexican resorts have many features that appeal to family travel. The biggest expense on just about any vacation is the cost of meals. Tourists spend hundreds of dollars a day on food. Here, you can relax. Since the food is included, children can eat and snack at all times of the day and evening for no extra cost. And, the food is good. This includes drinks in the restaurants and the swim up bar which kids seem to love.

These resorts are built on beachfront property. Guests can enjoy the sun’s rays and activities in the surf. Most resorts offer activities like windsurfing, catamarans, kayaks, and the like as a part of the resort fee. Snorkeling and motorized watersports are offered but at a per use charge.

Kids can have their time, too. Kids aged four to twelve can take part in the club activities. Coordinators work with kids to provide fun supervised things for them to do without their parents. Parents can retrieve their kids from the kid’s center when they are ready for meals or a bit of family time.

Child friendly Mexican resorts include: Beaches, SuperClub Breezes, Sunscape Resorts and Spas, and Palace Resorts. As all-inclusive facilities, they offer many amenities for one low price. Meals and drinks are included in the price that you pay to stay at the resort. Non-motorized water activities are also included as well as live entertainment at their nighttime hot spots.

Children, as define by the resort, get to stay free with an adult at several places. The resorts allow two adults and three children to stay in one room for the same low all-inclusive price. That is definitely a deal. Resorts also boast several pools, lazy rivers, and water parks. Some excursions may be included as a part of the resort cost, but most will incur some sort of fee.

Look for an all-inclusive resort that fits your needs. Teenagers are hard to please but there are resorts that cater to their needs. Young children are quite active and resorts geared towards families are a great choice. Adults like time alone once in a while. Exclusively adult resorts give them the opportunity to find romance and fun in a tropical location.

Palace Resorts has nine all-inclusive resorts in Mexico. Each because they are owned by the same enterprise, you can stay at one but enjoy the amenities at all nine if your travels take you that far. Check with Palace resorts to find out when this promotion is in effect.

Vallarta Palace Resort and Beach Palace Resort are two choices for families. They have a Kid’s Club that offers activities for different age groups to keep kids occupied so their parents can have some adult time. Both resorts have beautiful beaches with activities like volleyball games, golf, and on-site fitness centers. Prices start around $300 per person for a three-night stay. When children qualify to stay free, you save even more money.

They also have two adult-only resorts: Sun Palace and Aventura Spa Palace Resorts. Adults can enjoy the beach, pools, and spa time to reconnect with each other. Three-night stays start at $400 per person to enjoy an all-inclusive stay in Cancun.

For the price, this is one of the best ways for couples and families to see the Mexican country and spend time together. Families can take advantage of resort guided tours throughout the area for sightseeing and shopping. Choose an all-inclusive resort in the city you most want to visit.

Some Interesting Spanish Lessons

Another necessary element of travelling is accomodation. After you’ve spent a long time getting to where you want to be, the last thing you want to have to deal with is trouble with accomodation. Hopefully, after mastering this lesson, accomodation troubles will be the least of your worries. For those of you that are keen on learning Spanish, I highly recommend rocket spanish.

To find a place to stay, you’ll need to ask:

¿Dónde hay…? / Wheres a ….?

The sentence structure remains the same as in English, so you would replace ….. with the place you are enquiring about. For example:

¿Dónde hay una pensíon con desayuno/ un albergue juvenil / un hotel : Where’s the bed and breakfast / youth hostel / hotel.

Sometimes you may wish to know a little more about a place before you decide to stay there. One way of doing this is to ask locals to recommend you somewhere.

¿Puede recomendar algún sitio….? / Can you recommend somewhere?

Of course, not everyone wants the same accomodation. If you were tired and just wanted somewhere to crash that night, you could ask:

¿Puede recomendar algún sitio cercano? / Can you recommend somewhere nearby?

On the other hand, if you were planning a trip away with your spouse, you may want to ask:

¿Puede recomendar algún sitio romántico? / Can you recommend somewhere romantic?

Or..

¿Puede recomendar algún sitio de lujo? / Can you recommend somewhere luxurious? rocket spanish showed me this sentence perfectly.

And of course, you are going to need to know where you are staying. If only to tell the taxi driver where to go. You would do this by asking:

¿Cuál es la dirección? / What’s the address?

How To Get By With Minimal Spanish

How much is this?

There are absolutely a lot of good things that you can buy perhaps in Mexico or in Argentina. You can get yourself a bolero, which is a classic when it comes to fashion. rocket spanish scam taught me this, yuo should check it out too. You can also give yourself some cool shirts that depict the country’s beautiful locations or culture. However, before you can do anything, you must be able to know the price. The sentence ¿Cuánto cuesta esto? is absolutely what you need. It simply means How much is this? As expected, Spanish people are and will always be gracious enough to answer your question immediately.

Where is the nearest ATM?

Seriously, you don’t want to bring lots of cash when you’re traveling from one country to another. But it doesn’t mean that you can leave your card behind. As I learnt with rocket spanish scam. Spain, for one, has numerous international banks scattered all over the metropolis that it’s almost impossible you can’t find the your own bank. Nevertheless, if you get lost or you just don’t have any idea where the automated teller machine is, don’t forget to ask the local ¿Dónde está el cajero automático más cercano? It will surely save you the time and the hassle if you’re going to find it yourself.

Can you lower the price?

Who says you can’t get any excellent bargain when you’re in Hispanic countries? Besides owning your own unique piece that will remind you of your country, you can also get it at a much lower price. That’s’ why you simply have to memorize the sentence ¿Podría bajar un poco el precio? In as much as no seller would definitely want to bring down their profit, most of them will gladly accommodate your request for two reasons. First, they want to show their appreciation for visiting their country, and second, it’s much better than not making any sale at all.

What time is the bank open?
Do you have to make immediate transactions at your bank? You can do so even when you’re traveling. All you need to do is to know when the bank is going to open. rocket spanish scam makes this easier for you. The sentence ¿A qué hora abre el banco? may just be the perfect answer to your question.

Some Useful Tips For Traveling Abroad For Your Next Holiday

While travelling can be a very rewarding experience, travelling can also become very monotonous and frustrating if you are poorly prepared. These overseas vacation tips and airline travel tips should help make your next international vacation go off without a hitch.

The best place to find airline travel tips is on the airline’s website. The website will inform you of the airline’s policies on beverages and other items that may be prohibited from being taken aboard planes. Another airline travel tip that everyone should know about is that baggage handlers are not gentle with anyone’s baggage, regardless if it is packed full of precious, fragile items or not. If you have anything you want to arrive in one piece, it needs to be included in your carry-on baggage. Also, to quicken the process of getting through security checks, you will have to empty your pockets and make sure you don’t have any metal on you, so pay attention to your wardrobe before you leave for the airport.

While there may still be an exception, most countries require you to have a passport before entering. You should have some photocopies of your passport with you, and also leave copies with friends and family members at home in case you get separated from your baggage. This is one international holiday tip that should be part of everyone’s traveling plan. If you are in a foreign country with no ID, an airline ticket won’t do you much good, and neither will travelers checks. Although it is not frequent, people do occasionally get separated from their belongings while travelling. Having a backup plan will ensure that your international trip doesn’t turn into a nightmare.

One great resource for international travel tips is the Lonely Planet guides. Lonely Planet has a detailed guidebook for just about every destination you can imagine. For example, if you wanted some travel tips for Europe, the Lonely Planet book on Italy would give you detailed information about each town, neighbouring tourist attractions, places to stay and places to eat. Although the Lonely Planet book that offers travel tips for Italy doesn’t cover each and every hole in the wall restaurant, it gives you a good idea of what there is do in each major village, popular destinations and day tours, as well as depicting an overall picture of the atmosphere you’ll encounter there. The Lonely Planet books also include city maps and are updated often enough to keep them accurate.

No matter what destination has peaked your interest, gathering some general international travel tips, as well as information about your destination, will make your vacation much more enjoyable.
