These places are some of the most popular tourists� destinations in Florence so you will not really have so much trouble finding them. A map and a guide book can also help you find these places with ease.

When exploring Florence during your tour of Italy, it would be a good idea for you to start early to avoid the rush and the heat. Note that the summer heat could get quite oppressive towards the middle of the day so better start early and cover more ground before the heat becomes too unbearable.

Most of the interesting places in Florence open early so you will not really end up waiting long for these places open even if you start exploring right after eating an early breakfast. For instance, the Boboli Garden and Pitti Palance opens at 8:15 in the morning so if you feel like starting your day with a tour to the gardens, come to this place early. The Galleria degli Uffizi and the Galleria dell� Academia also opens at 8:15 in the morning if you feel like exploring galleries first thing in the morning.
